How Yagona processes personal data of visitors to yagona.app.
1. Operator
The personal data operator is YAGONA LLC (“we”, “the operator”).

2. What we collect
Through the request form on this site you send us:
- your name — how we should address you;
- the name of your learning center;
- a phone number or email address for contact;
- the language of the page the request was sent from;
- the consent checkbox state.
3. Technical data
When the form is submitted we also process the IP address. It is used solely to limit the number of requests from one address and to block automated submissions. The address is not stored in plain form and never reaches the request itself.
The site stores a yagona.lang cookie with your interface language. It contains no personal data.
If the Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics counters are connected, they collect anonymised visit data: pages, referrer, device type.
4. Why we need it
- to contact you about your request and show you the platform;
- to prepare a commercial offer for your center;
- to protect the form from spam and automated submissions;
- to see which pages of the site work and which do not.
5. Legal basis
The only basis is your consent. It is given by ticking the checkbox in the request form: without it the form is not sent, and this is verified both in the browser and on the server.
6. Who we share data with
Requests arrive as a message in the sales team chat in Telegram. This means form data passes through Telegram servers located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Web analytics counters, when connected, pass anonymised visit data to their owners — Yandex and Google.
We do not transfer or sell data to any other third party.
7. How long we keep data
A request stays in the sales team chat for as long as it is needed to contact you, or until you withdraw your consent.
8. Your rights
You may request information about how your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time.
An email to hello@yagona.app from the same address or phone number you left in the request is enough.
