One platform for learning centers

One system for the center, team and students
Yagona connects a learning center as a client. Staff get CRM, schedule, attendance and billing on the web. Students get a mobile app with lessons and payments.

- Web cabinetstaff and owner
- Appstudent cabinet
Who it’s for
A learning center buys CRM and the app. Yagona connects it as a client.
Data from different centers never mixes. Staff work on the web, students in the app.
Center owner
Lead pipeline, students, schedule and payments in one cabinet. Connects the team and tracks license and numbers.
Teacher
Today’s lessons, own groups and attendance — without extra screens. Adds homework materials by subject.
Student
Signs in with a phone number and sees schedule, subscription and payments. Completes homework in the app — by subject.
Three parts of the platform
Center core, web cabinet and mobile app
One platform: a cabinet for staff, an app for students, and a reliable core that connects everything.

Run it on your own numbers
What double entry costs in hours
Excel is not the problem — writing the same thing down twice is. The journal is copied into a spreadsheet, payments are matched by hand, and someone answers “when is the lesson, how many are left” although the answer is already written down. Put in your own numbers and see how many hours a month that is.
The numbers go into the Telegram message — you can see them and delete them before sending.
| What we count | How we count it | Minutes a month |
|---|---|---|
| Copying journals and reports into a shared spreadsheet | 6 teach. × 20 min a week × 4.3 weeks | 520 |
| Matching payments and subscriptions by hand | 60 stud. × 4 min a month | 240 |
| Answering questions the answer to which is already recorded | 60 stud. × 6 min a month | 360 |
| Total | 1 120 |
Where these minutes come from — adjust them
The default numbers are an estimate, not our statistics. We do not multiply by any “savings percentage”: we only count the work that disappears once the data is entered a single time.

FAQ
What learning centers ask
Can’t find your question — write to us and we’ll answer personally.
How much does Yagona cost?
The price depends only on the number of active students: from 290,000 UZS per month for a center with up to 50 students to 1,450,000 UZS for a center with up to 1,000 students. Every plan includes all modules. For networks with over 1,000 students we prepare a custom quote. You can start with a trial: 14 days free.
How does onboarding work?
In three steps. First we create the center cabinet, the owner account and the license. Then we set up staff and roles, courses, groups, the lead funnel and the schedule. After that we open app access for students.
Do we need to install anything?
Staff — no: the web cabinet opens in a browser on a computer. Students need the Yagona mobile app and sign in with their phone number.
Our center has several branches — is that supported?
Yes. Several centers run on one platform, and data from different centers never overlaps.
Who on the staff sees what?
Access depends on the role: owner, administrator, teacher and accountant see different parts of the cabinet. A teacher works with their own groups and marks attendance without entering the other screens.
What languages does the platform support?
Uzbek, Russian and English — both in the web cabinet and in the student app.
